About JW Frame Gallery

Jill Wilkinson’s passion for art and custom framing began with a dream and a determination to build something meaningful for her community. In 2005, as a single mother, she opened J&S Frame Gallery on Sadler Road, where she spent more than five years providing custom framing services and art supplies to the Amelia Island community before stepping away to explore other interests.

In 2015, Jill returned to the craft she loved and opened JW Frame Gallery on 14th Street. Her dedication and hard work eventually led to an exciting milestone in 2021, when she purchased a commercial building on South 8th Street. After lovingly renovating the space, she moved JW Frame Gallery into its new home in April 2022.

Just one month later, Jill passed away unexpectedly. With the support of an incredible network of family and friends, her sister, Stephanie Wilkinson, stepped in to continue Jill’s legacy. For the past four years, Stephanie has proudly operated the gallery, honoring Jill’s vision while continuing to serve the community she cared for so deeply.
